Dock Buffer for Loading Ramps – Built for High-Frequency Use The RAMPEX-PRO dock buffer is engineered for loading ramps with high docking frequency. Its patented elastic lamella design enables softer docking, helping protect both truck buffers and the building structure from impact stress. During loading and unloading, trailers move vertically as weight shifts. The RAMPEX-PRO is designed to follow vertical trailer movement up to ±50 mm, reducing unnecessary stress and helping prevent damage. If trailer movement exceeds this range, the trailer can continue to move smoothly along the steel front plate. Compared to conventional rubber dock buffers, the patented lamella construction between steel plates offers a significantly longer service life and improved durability in demanding dock environments.
